Easy 3-Step Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Snap a quick photo of the issue and email our support team within 10 days of receiving your package.
  2. Ship it Back: Pack the unwashed, unused item in its original signature packaging and send it back to us.
  3. Enjoy Your Replacement: Once received, we will immediately ship your fresh replacement item—with delivery fees completely on us!


SHIPPING POLICY

Local Delivery(hk)

  • Same-Day Shipping: Available for orders placed before 2:00 PM (Mon–Sat).

  • Courier Service: SF Express (順豐速運).

  • Shipping Rates: Free local shipping on orders over HKD 350; otherwise, rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Estimated Transit Time: 2–4 business days.

  • Macau
    •   Standard Delivery: Expected to be delivered within 5-8 working days (delivery service is not currently available on Sundays and public holidays).

 

International Delivery

  • Same-Day Shipping: Available for orders placed before 2:00 PM (Mon–Fri HKT).

  • Shipping Rates: Free shipping on orders over USD 300; otherwise, international rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Tracking Information: A tracking number will be automatically sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

 

Return & Refund Policy

  • Quality Guarantee & Window If a product exhibits any manufacturing defects within 10 days of delivery, it is eligible for a return or exchange. To qualify, the item must remain unwashed, unworn, unused, and in its original, undamaged packaging with all tags intact.

  • Exchanges for Defective Items For approved quality claims, we offer a one-time exchange for the exact same item (same color and size). The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, while we will complimentary cover the delivery fees for the replacement piece.

  • Non-Quality Returns Due to the delicate nature and hygiene standards of premium 6A mulberry silk, all sales of non-defective items are final. We kindly decline returns, exchanges, or refunds for personal preference or non-quality reasons.

  • Final Reservation 6A Silk reserves the right of final interpretation and decision-making in the event of any contractual disputes.
