Quality Guarantee & Window If a product exhibits any manufacturing defects within 10 days of delivery, it is eligible for a return or exchange. To qualify, the item must remain unwashed, unworn, unused, and in its original, undamaged packaging with all tags intact.

Exchanges for Defective Items For approved quality claims, we offer a one-time exchange for the exact same item (same color and size). The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, while we will complimentary cover the delivery fees for the replacement piece.

Non-Quality Returns Due to the delicate nature and hygiene standards of premium 6A mulberry silk, all sales of non-defective items are final. We kindly decline returns, exchanges, or refunds for personal preference or non-quality reasons.
