How do I wash and care for my 6A silk?

Hand wash
1. Use cold water below 30°C
2. Use a pH-neutral or silk detergent.
3. Submerge silk item for 3–5 minutes
4. Wring out gently
5. Do not use fabric softener, bleach, or tumble dry.
6. Dry flat on a laundry, avoiding direct sunlight.

Machine wash
1.Wash on a cold, delicate “silk” cycle (below 30°C)
2.Use a pH-neutral or silk detergent.
3.Do not use fabric softener, bleach, or tumble dry.
4.Dry flat on a laundry, avoiding direct sunlight.

*Handwashing is highly recommended, to extend silk beauty and lifespan*

Ironing: Iron on a low-heat setting (110°C), after the silk garment is about 80% dry.

What is your return policy?

a. If a product has quality issues within 10 days from the date of signature for receipt and has not been washed, worn or used, and remains brand new, intact and in undamaged packaging, it can be exchanged or returned.
b. Our company does not accept any returns or refunds for non-quality issues.
c. In case of quality issues, our company offers one exchange service for the same product (with the same color and size). The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, while our company will cover the shipping cost for the replacement.
